Prices displayed to customers shopping in the United Kingdom are shown in GBP (£).

We offer free shipping within the United Kingdom.

SECTION 6 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom.
Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Our estimated delivery timeframe is 9–15 business days from the date your order is placed, including processing time.
Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including courier delays, severe weather, public holidays or unusually busy periods.
Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided during checkout where tracking is available for the shipment.
Risk of loss or damage to goods remains with us until the goods are delivered to you or to a person identified by you to receive them, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

SECTION 7 – RETURNS, CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
We offer a 30-day return period from delivery, subject to the conditions described in our Returns & Refunds Policy.
If you change your mind, you may request a return within the applicable return period. Our voluntary 30-day return policy is in addition to any statutory cancellation or return rights you may have under UK consumer law.
For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise required by applicable law.
If an item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at info@delarioco.com. Where appropriate, we will arrange a replacement, refund or other remedy in accordance with applicable consumer law at no additional cost to you.
If you wish to cancel an order before dispatch, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an order can be stopped once processing has begun.

Once an order has been dispatched, customers will receive shipping confirmation and tracking information where available.
Tracking information may take some time to update after a parcel has been handed to the carrier.

All products are subject to availability.
We may limit quantities, discontinue products or cancel orders where a product becomes unavailable.
